Set up your own booking system — free to start.

This doesn't affect whether a musician's invoice has VAT on it — that's down to their own VAT status. It just decides how a VAT-registered musician's agreed fee turns into their invoice: if you're VAT-registered, VAT is added on top (you reclaim it, so the musician still nets the fee); if not, VAT is treated as already included in the fee (so you never pay more than you agreed). You can change this later in Settings.

    Pick as many people from your phone's contacts as you like. They're added straight away, and you can fill in the rest afterwards.

    Your browser can't open the contacts list (it works in Chrome on Android; iPhones don't allow it yet). Paste names instead, one per line, like Sam Jones, 07700 900123 or Sam Jones, sam@example.com:

    Chasing is currently set to "Same for everyone" in Settings, so these two fields don't apply to this musician — they follow the band-wide schedule instead.

    Musician pools

    A pool is a named list you can invite in one go — your "A-List" band, or an ordered dep list for an instrument (used for auto-chasing). Instrument pools (built automatically from everyone's assigned instrument) are already available wherever you pick a pool — there's nothing to set up here for those.
